When you work with us, we work in good faith, so you’ll never pay for consultations, and there’s no obligation to move forward at any stage. You’re free to take your time, explore your options, and even change your mind—without penalties or hidden fees.
We’ll only ask you to pay our broker engagement fee (which we will have quoted, and you will have accepted) when:
- We successfully get a new loan approved for you; AND
- You decide to proceed with that loan.
If we can’t get a loan approved for you or you choose not to go ahead, you pay us nothing—simple as that.
